Shipping and Handling Information – Pioneer Valley Books Support

Shipments within the contiguous United States:
- - For orders up to $5,000, there is a 10% shipping and handling charge.
  - For orders over $5,000, there is no charge for shipping and handling.
  - There is a $5 minimum charge for shipping and handling.
For all orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, there is a flat 10% shipping and handling charge.

For all orders shipping to Canada, there is a flat 10% shipping and handling charge.

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?	Orders will be processed and shipped in approximately 3–10 business days (contingent on account status). PLEASE NOTE: Members from our Pioneer Valley Books team may reach out if additional information is needed to process your order. Responding promptly to our outreach will prevent delays in processing your order. Large-volume and custom orders may require longer processing times. If you have special circumstances regarding your delivery timeline or have a priority shipping request, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
Can I get tracking information for my order?	A tracking number will be included on your invoice after your order is fulfilled.
Do you ship to PO boxes?	Most items cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Whenever possible, please provide us with a street address to ensure the best possible method of shipping.
Do you ship outside the United States?	We ship to valid addresses outside the continental United States. An additional fee will be charged for international orders. Please contact our Customer Support team for more information.
Will I need to sign for my package?	We do not require receiver verification. If needed, please request it when placing your order.
