Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for an exchange, or a refund to your original form of payment. Please contact our Customer Support Team to discuss your return options.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Returned items must be in print, unused, and in saleable condition. Stamped books are not returnable.
- Returns must be made within 190 days from the original order date.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note, in order for PVB to process your return/exchange, you will need to obtain a return authorization number from our Customer Support Team. To initiate a return/exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Locate your sales order number, invoice number or purchase order number to reference for your return.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Customer Support at 1-888-482-3906.
- If applicable, please return items promptly upon receipt of your return authorization information from our Customer Support Team.
- Refunds may take up to 1-3 weeks to process.
- Original shipping costs for returns or exchanges are not refundable.
